Writing about an order

All your orders and downloads are listed in your account in the app. When you write about an order, please include:

• the order number (shown in your account);
• the e-mail address of your account;
• the product and what the problem is;
• for a printed product: photos of the whole product and a close-up of the problem;
• for a download: which file it is and what is wrong with it.
