A download is digital content. Once the clean files are made available, after you gave your prior express consent and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal, the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies (art. 16 lit. m of OUG nr. 34/2014).

If a file you paid for cannot be opened, is incomplete or does not match the design version you paid for, write to us: we fix it by delivering a correct file or by a refund, as the law provides.

Printed orders

Printed products are made from your own design, so the right of withdrawal does not apply to them (art. 16 lit. c of OUG nr. 34/2014). An order that has not been paid yet can be cancelled by you before the payment is completed.

If a printed product is damaged, differs from the confirmed order or from the approved proof, or has a manufacturing defect, we remake or replace it, or refund it, as the law provides.

Errors already present in the approved proof, and slight differences between the colours on screen and the printed colours, are not defects.

How to ask

Write to [email protected] as soon as possible after receipt, with:

• the order number;
• a description of the problem;
• for a printed product: photos of the whole product and a close-up of the problem.
