Who we are

UltraDesigner is operated by CARD ID PRINT S.R.L., registered office: str. Dr. Emil Savini nr. 8, bl. H4, sc. These terms apply to the use of this website and of the UltraDesigner app and to every order placed through them. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

The service

UltraDesigner lets you design products in your browser, with templates and AI help, and:

• preview your design for free (previews carry a visible mark and have a reduced resolution);
• pay once to download the clean files of a design version (no preview mark, full resolution);
• order printed products made from the design you approved.

The products, options and prices on offer are those shown in the app when you order.

Accounts

You can try the designer without an account; your work then stays only in your browser. An account is needed to keep projects in your account, to download files and to place orders.

Give correct details and keep your sign-in safe: activity under your account is your responsibility. We may suspend an account used against these terms or the law.

You can delete your account at any time in the app. Deleting it erases your personal data; an anonymised record of past orders is kept (see the privacy policy).

Orders, prices and payment

The price of a download or of a printed order is shown in the app before you pay, in the currency shown. Taxes and delivery costs are shown at checkout, before payment. The quote you pay is the price you pay.

The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed and the order is shown as paid in your account.

A paid download or order stays tied to the exact design version, product, options and quote that were paid for. Changes you make later are a new version.

Card payments are handled by the payment processor. We never receive or store your card details.

Delivery of downloads and prints

Downloads: once the payment is confirmed, the clean files of the paid design version are available in your account.

Printed orders: before production we check the file and you approve a proof. Production starts only after the payment is confirmed and the proof is approved. If you change how the design looks after approving a proof, a new proof is needed. The order is delivered by the courier chosen for the order, to the address you give; the delivery cost is shown at checkout.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason (OUG nr. 34/2014). The law excludes this right in the cases that apply to this service:

• printed products made to your specifications or clearly personalised: every printed order is made from your own design (art. 16 lit. c of OUG nr. 34/2014);
• digital content not supplied on a physical medium (the clean files of a download), once supply has started with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (art. 16 lit. m of OUG nr. 34/2014).

An order that has not been paid yet can be cancelled by you at any time before the payment is completed.

Conformity and complaints

We are liable for any lack of conformity of the products under the law (for consumers, OUG nr. 140/2021 for goods and OUG nr. 141/2021 for digital content). A printed product is not conforming if it is damaged, differs from the confirmed order (product, size, quantity, options) or from the approved proof, or has a manufacturing defect.

Write to [email protected] as soon as possible after receipt, with the order number, a description of the problem and photos. We fix a confirmed problem by remaking or replacing the product or by a refund, as the law provides.

Not a lack of conformity: errors that were already in the design or in the approved proof (for example spelling mistakes or low-resolution pictures you supplied), and slight differences between the colours on screen and the printed colours.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you upload or type. You confirm that you are allowed to use every text, logo, trademark, photo and image of a person in your designs, and that your content is lawful.

You allow us to store, process, render, print and deliver your content, and to send it to the providers listed in the privacy policy when you use a feature that needs them, only to provide the service to you.

Names, wording, logos and codes you enter are never silently rewritten. We may refuse or stop an order whose content is clearly unlawful or infringes the rights of others.

AI-generated content

The AI features create pictures and text from your instructions. Their results can be inaccurate, can resemble existing works, or can be unsuitable for your purpose: check them before you use them. You are responsible for what you publish, print or distribute.

Do not use the AI features to create unlawful content or to imitate real people without their consent.

Previews, including AI results, carry a visible mark and have a reduced resolution. Clean files are delivered only through a paid download or with a paid printed order. Free AI use has a daily allowance per account.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer or any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. As a consumer you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.

Without an agreement, disputes are settled by the competent courts in Romania.
